What we do.......

We smoke meats based on american Bbq techniques & methods from the various states.

TDS use our Offset custom smokers & our cinder block smoker.

We fry chicken in cast iron skillets and we serve tradtional to the deep south with s choice of sides.

We also dedicate a lot of our time to selecting & creating drinks for our Menus
